Description

Fields of Fear is a first-person farming horror game set in a cursed countryside. Expand, explore, and survive the unholy manifestations that plague this land. If you can make it as a a hard worker and survivor, you might just find out what happened here and how to stop it.

History

It's been getting to you. The hectic, non-stop rush of city life. The endless, amoebic crowds of people surrounding you at every turn and yet somehow making you feel like you're all alone.

As Pedro Bertasso, an urbanite who has just bought an old farm in the countryside, you decide that if you're going to be alone, it's best you're alone with the peace and quiet of nature and honest, hard work.

Well, things didn't go exactly according to plan for Pedro. Some... thing soon disrupts his desired solitude and tranquility.

Features

• Build Your Farm: With a selection of various seeds, cultivate a number of crops on your farm. Your modest venture grows together with the fields you tend to.
• Face the Haunting: You'll welcome the easier times because they're few and far between. Something is really wrong with the farm and even if the previous owners hadn't hidden this fact from Pedro, they sure wouldn't have been able to explain it.
• Optimize Your Work: Sell your crops at the market and buy new tools and vehicles to optimize your work in the field. Work consistently, balance between your farming efforts and your defenses and soon you'll swap your sickle out for a genuine combine harvester.
• A Tale of Rural Terror: But this can't go on and running away is just not an option under these conditions. The creatures infesting this land will soon be the end of Pedro if he doesn't figure out what exactly is going on.
• Explore the Open Field: You must investigate every nook and cranny of the surrounding area if you're to make it. Pedro is bound to be rewarded for his efforts, not just with knowledge but also valuable items.
• Unlock New Areas: Buy new areas to expand your farm and gain access to new items and vehicles. But be careful – whatever haunts these parts doesn't appreciate your fighting back. With new fields, you're bound to encounter new fears...
